Hi again! This weekend marked 1 week out from the Bikini Olympia!
Home stretch, baby!
Weight is down to 128.6. I’m at my target weight now, so we’re doing little food bumps here and there. This will give me an additional 30-50g of carbs and about 20g of additional protein.
This week I am still low on intensity and higher volume in my workouts. The reason for this is cortisol – as a lifetime natural athlete, it’s important to be aware of cortisol. The stress hormone can quickly strip muscle and make the body look watery. So, knowing when to ease off of the intensity can make a huge difference in a physique!
Calories are still at 1570, with 150P/30F/160C each day. I don’t like dropping below 1600 calories ever, so we’ll see how my progress goes this week. Hopefully I continue to drop body fat and I won’t need to drop calories any further. As always, I’ll keep you posted on this!

Volume (4 exercises):
Power squat machine 3×20
RDL on hack squat 3×15-20
“Butt blaster” machine 3×15-20
Banded abductor machine 3×20-25
