What equipment do I need?
For gym workouts:

How do I know how much weight to use?
Once your form is solid, choose a weight that feels challenging during the last 2–3 reps of your set. If your form starts to break down, go lighter or do fewer reps. Aim to be 1–4 reps from failure on most exercises.
If you’re training at home and don’t have heavy weights, you can increase difficulty with techniques like pause reps, slow negatives, or partials.
