Self-Starter programs are standalone, downloadable plans — you buy them once and follow them independently. The Push App is a subscription-based platform with multiple programs, live coaching, nutrition tracking, and a community. The Guided Transformation bundle combines the best of both.
The Guided Transformation bundle — it gives you a complete structured program AND 12 months of The Push App access. It’s the most complete starting point for women who are serious about results.

The Push App.

Yes. The Push App offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. You can explore the programs, tracking tools, and community before committing to anything.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings with no fees or penalties. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. The Push App is available on both iOS and Android. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Each program specifies its equipment requirements, but most programs have both gym and home variations. For home workouts, a basic set of dumbbells is usually all you need.
Yes. The app includes macro calculation tools, flexible meal ideas, and nutrition tracking. The approach is designed to support your hormones and energy — not restrict you.
Erin holds monthly live coaching sessions within The Push App. These are real-time Q&A and coaching sessions where you can get direct guidance from Erin on your training, nutrition, or anything else.

Self-Starter Programs.

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions to access your program through the member portal at fit.erinstern.com. Programs are available digitally — no physical product is shipped.
Not for all programs. Erin offers both gym and home workout programs. Check the individual program description to confirm what equipment is needed.
Program lengths vary — most range from 4 to 12 weeks. Each program page specifies the duration and weekly schedule.
We recommend focusing on one program at a time for best results. Once you complete a program, you can move to the next — your purchase gives you lifetime access to return to any program you own.

Billing & Refunds.

Yes. All programs and bundles come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You’ll receive an email reminder before renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Training for Women 35+.

Yes. Erin’s programs — and particularly The Push App — are specifically designed with the needs of women 35+ in mind, including hormonal changes, recovery, and the importance of strength training for long-term health. Many of Erin’s most dramatic transformation stories come from women in this age group.
Many women in Erin’s community have trained through or after injuries. That said, always consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting a new program post-injury. The Push App offers lower-impact options and modification notes within workouts.
